Modular Turnkey Solutions
ACS Modular is a unique Integrator of Turnkey Airport complex systems and has recognised through many years of experience within Airport Projects that a fresh approach is required. Utilising our DFMA Principles, we provide a full and extensive Turnkey service from Concept Design, through Project Management to Handover of any operational requirement within a ‘live’ Airport environment.
Newquay Airport
- Passenger Screening Facility.
- ASIAD compliant design, manufacture and delivery of 14 modules to create an extension to the existing Terminal.
- RIBA 2-6 including Groundworks, Fabrication, Installation and Integration into the existing Operation.
- 2 Lines of Passenger Screening with TRS, Full Body Scanners, EDS and Shoe Scanning.
Farnborough Airport
- Create 2 new VIP Passenger/Bag Screening facilities inside existing FBO Terminal.
- Manufacture and Install new Std 3 Baggage Handling Module to sit on the Apron adjacent to FBO Terminal.
- Integrate all Screening Machines and Technologies.

Cargobox
CargoBox is a dedicated cargo handling facility that sits at the heart of our modular range. Combined with our bespoke software and conveyor systems, CargoBoX can either be housed in an existing building or inside one of our own modular buildings. It’s a complete, flexible and cost-effective solution.
Databox
A modular and scalable Data Centre DataBox is built and tested entirely off-site in our Factory in Northampton. They are designed to be plug and play and demountable for road transport enabling easy, rapid on-site assembly. This is followed by a very short recommissioning period on-site and the facility is ready to use.
Boxray
BoxRay is a modular, mobile, and rapidly deployable facility that combines airport-standard security screening equipment and a range of bespoke supporting technologies to provide a unique product. BoxRay is a class-leading security screening and access control module able to be deployed within a building, undercover or outside.

These modules offer a permanent solution for any organisation needing state-of-the-art screening facilities. Offering the same superior off-site build quality as our other modules, these products are fitted to your requirements, with a range of technologies depending on your needs.
